Refund policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. WHAT WE SELL
  PubgolfClub sells digital products. When you buy a route, you receive
  immediate access to digital content: your pub golf route, rules and
  live scorecard, playable on your phone for 100 days. Nothing is
  physically shipped.

  2. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL, AND WHY IT ENDS ON PURCHASE
  Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional
  Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online
  purchase.

  Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, you are
  asked at checkout to confirm two things before payment:

    - that you want your content supplied straight away, and
    - that you understand you will lose your right to cancel once access
      begins.

  Once you confirm this and access is granted, your statutory right to
  cancel no longer applies.

  3. OUR 7-DAY GOODWILL REFUND
  We go beyond what the law requires. If you have not used your purchase,
  you can request a full refund within 7 days of the order date.

  "Not used" means the route has not been opened and no scorecard has been
  started. We can see this in our system.

  4. WHEN WE CANNOT REFUND
  We cannot refund once a route has been opened or a scorecard started,
  or after 7 days from the order date. This is because the full content
  has already been delivered.

  5. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR PURCHASE
  This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer
  Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit
  for purpose and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair,
  a replacement or a refund, regardless of the 7-day period above.

  If a route does not load, a venue on your route has permanently closed,
  or the product does not match its description, contact us and we will
  fix it or refund you in full.

  6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
  Email pubgolfclub@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for
  your request. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

  7. HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID
  Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within
  14 days of us accepting your request. There is no charge for this.
