DELIVERY POLICY

  1. WE DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING
  PubgolfClub sells digital products only. Nothing is posted, couriered
  or physically delivered. There are no parcels, no tracking numbers and
  no delivery addresses.

  2. HOW YOU RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE
  As soon as your payment is confirmed you receive:

    - an on-screen confirmation with your access link, and
    - an email to the address used at checkout, containing the same link.

  Your route, rules and live scorecard open directly in your phone's
  browser. There is no app to install and no account to create.

  3. DELIVERY TIME
  Immediate. Access is granted the moment payment is confirmed, 24 hours
  a day, including weekends and public holidays.

  If your email has not arrived within 15 minutes, see section 7.

  4. DELIVERY COST
  Free. Because nothing is shipped, no delivery charge is applied to any
  order, in any country.

  5. WHERE WE DELIVER
  Everywhere. Digital delivery has no geographic restriction, so you can
  buy and play from any country. Our routes themselves cover cities in
  the United Kingdom and Ireland.

  6. WHAT YOU NEED TO USE IT
  Your purchase is digital content. To use it you need:

    - a smartphone or tablet with a modern web browser
      (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge)
    - an internet connection while playing, as scores are saved live
    - the email address you used at checkout, to retrieve your link

  No specific operating system version is required and no additional
  software or subscription is needed. Your purchase is not protected by
  any technical restriction that limits where or how often you open it,
  within the access period below.

  7. HOW LONG YOU HAVE ACCESS
  Your route stays available for 100 days from the date of purchase. Within
  that period you can reopen and replay it as often as you like. After
  100 days the link expires.

  8. NOT RECEIVED YOUR LINK?
  First check your spam or promotions folder, and confirm the email address
  on your order confirmation is correct. If it still has not arrived,
  email pubgolfclub@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it.
  We aim to respond within 2 working days.

  We will always resend access free of charge. A missing email is never a
  reason for you to lose what you paid for.
