Pubgolf Limerick turns the Georgian grid into a course of 9 or 18 holes. Each hole is a Limerick pub with a set drink and a par to beat, your strokes are the sips it takes to finish that drink, and the lowest total wins.
Newtown Pery was planned rather than grown, so the streets run straight and cross at right angles. Catherine Street and Denmark Street sit a couple of blocks apart inside it, which makes the walk between holes a straight line instead of a guess. The exact stops stay sealed until you tee off.
